In a surprising announcement from Facebook creator Mark Zuckerburg, he announced a seismic change in the algorithm that from first appearance will affect businesses currently using their biz page to reach audiences. At first I thought, "well that sucks". But the truth is is that they are a business and they are allowed to do whatever they want. Now, I don't think it makes a TON of sense based on the way I use Facebook. Right now, I have 10 other methods to connect with my loved ones and so I do find myself using Facebook for more business/articles etc BUT enough about me, I thought long and hard and read a TON of articles on this topic and I decided to write this piece.
While I believe some techniques can be helpful tools for changing perspectives and seeing a different side of the issue (which is what coaching is really about), in the end it comes down to common sense. Does anyone else feel like Pinterest changes constantly? It's really hard to keep up! I do my best but when I started taking it seriously I knew I needed someone to honestly hold my hand and walk me through it. Then I met Melyssa Griffin. Seriously I think someone dubbed her the "Queen of Pinterest" (ok it might have been me) but when I saw PG I was like yep, this is the course I needed.
2017 has been a rough year for me. Without getting into too much detail I made another massive cross-country move, I lost my grandfather, summer was HORRIFIC for the business and even though I maintain that I have the BEST client roster a girl could ask for I took on not one but 2 really misfitting projects that ended up shaking my confidence as a business owner.
